TAWA PANEER TIKKA
Tawa Paneer Tikka is a simple,yet very tasty dish.Best part is it can be made very quickly and will always be able to left your guest impressed
Ingredients
- Paneer 250 gms
- Capsicum one large size
- Tomato one large sized
- Onion one large sized
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Curd 1 cup
- Coriander Powder 2 tsp
- Red Chillies Powder As per your taste
- Kasoori Methi 1 tsp
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Edible Color 1/2 tsp
- Salt As per your taste
- Tandoori Masala 2 tsp (optional)
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
Instructions
- Cut Paneer pieces in cubes
- Cut capsicum and onion in cubical shape..
- De seeded the tomato and cut it also in the same shape
4. Take thick curd or hung in it a muslin cloth to remove excess water.
5. Now,take a mixing bowl and add paneer pieces,cut vegetables,curd and all the other
things mentioned above in ingredients

6. Mix paneer,all masala,vegetables nicely and keep it for marination in the refrigerator
for about half an hour to one hour.

7.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a shallow frying pan or non stick tawa.Spread the oil over the whole
surface of the utensil
8. Now spread the whole marinated stuff on the pan or tawa and leave on low flame for
about 15 to 20 mins,turning carefully in between.
9.Take it out in serving dish,sprinkle chaat masala & your paneer tikka is ready to be served.
